Manual Juicer (Feed grinder)?

Norman Walker said his first juice was made on a farm with a feed grinder, a manual grinder. I believe also Gabriel Cousens reccomends this. Anyone know where to get?

    I happen to have a new (in the box) wheatgrass juicer for sale. It is called Miracle Wheatgrass Juicer model MJ400.
    I bought it some time ago and never used it.
    It is a manual hand crank type of juicer that can be used for leafy greens as well.
    If you like, I will send you a picture of the box that the juicer is in.
